COACHING
The bulk of our business is in the name, our specialty and primary focus is coaching. And though it is our over-all approach for all our services, below are three main areas of focus as we zero in on specific areas of need.
Career Coaching
Why: When I first began working in child welfare, I worked in family preservation. Helping parents learn what they needed to do to keep their kids was challenging heart breaking and rewarding all at once. Before I knew it, most of my work with parents was on helping them to understand their careers and find jobs that were meaningful.
Planning and Preparing
The first and most important segment of a person’s working journey is cultivating and establishing the vision and road map for their path in the work realm. here we spend important quality time with the client, systematically thinking and processing through three main quadrants of life: passion, skill, and opportunity.
Executive Coaching
Why: For a while I began to think maybe I wasn’t cut out for this. These are the thoughts that ran through my head as I changed positions in the helping professions every year and a half. It wasn’t I began working under someone that not only acted as my supervisor but my mentor that I saw the truth. Being an impactfull leader, one that pulls the potential from their subordinates, will always create longevity and success in most employees.
